In 1900 Africa had just 10 million Christians out of a continental population of 107 million—about nine percent. However, there is a more dramatic shift among those who have never read a Bible, jumping a full 10 percentage points in the last eight years. In 2010, nearly one in five children globally was underweight, including one third of children in Southern Asia. 6 billion making Christianity by far the world's largest faith. Easy platitudes, proof texting, and formulaic slogans have anesthetized many young adults, leaving them with no idea of the gravity and power of following Christ.
Christianity as a whole is both growing and mutating in ways that observers in the West tend not to see. "The key is, we lift up the Gospel. Indeed, the growing trend in religious fusion has rendered many churches unrecognizable.
At the same time, Christianity stands in clear contrast to the spiritual and religious beliefs of ancient Greek culture.

The largest Orthodox populations that were not surveyed are in Egypt, Eritrea, India, Macedonia and Germany. They still covet this world and its culture—while fooling themselves into thinking they are somehow real "Christians"! " 40 There is simply no room for a "lifestyle gap" in genuine Christianity.
